Future X is designed to be flagship climate controller for poultry breeding as super brain with 10 inch touch screen.
Input Section:
[10 channels] High-precision temperature sensor, 9 channels of indoor temperature and 1 channel of outdoor temperature can be configured;
[6 channels] 4-20mA signal sensor, which can be configured as temperature, humidity, CO2, NH3, H2S, static pressure, wind speed, etc.;
[2 channels] 0-5V analog quantity, the position feedback signal of the wind window can be configured;
[5 channels] relay, feed and water consumption, external alarm signal, etc.;
[1 channel] 12V battery input interface; configured as outage alarm;
Output section
[8 channels] 0-10V analog quantity, can be configured as 2 channels of variable speed fans, 4 channels of air inlet, 1 channel of heating, and 1 channel of light adjustment;
[40- channels] relay; can be configured as 30 channels of fixed speed fans (multiplexing), 2 channels of cooling pad water pump, 1 channels of spray , 3 channels of heater, 1 channels of circulating fan, 3 channels of timer, 1 channels of temperature control switch , 4 channels of air inlet, 1 channels of alarm;
Communication section
[3 channels] 485 communication interface,configured as communication interface, product data gather interface, waterline sensor gather interface;
Future X has integrated with waterline alarm and statics pressure sensor. It has minimum ventilation and can be set with different ventilation level to be controlled based on temperature and dayage to operate automatically.
In the meantime, Future X can record consumption of food, water and power to generalize breeding curve to monitor the grow-up of chicks.
Future X can add built-in wireless or wired module to get access to Internet with IoT, and user could review all data gathered from the poultry house with IoT platform on computer or App from mobile phone.
